Only came with one chalk marker

this is a great value for this paper. i painted one wall in each of my kids rooms with chalk board paint but when we moved i did not want it to be as permanent so when i found this paper i purchased it hoping it would work well but it actually worked better than i thought. i plan on buying more this time i plan on putting some on each of my students desks so that they have an area to use for math help without wasting paper or whatever else we may need scrap paper for so they can just use their chalk board on their own desks.

This worked better than I expected! I built a kegerator out of a chest freezer, and needed a reusable way to label what was in each tap. I was going to buy chalk paint, but that stuff is messy. I laid the chalk adhesive on with ease and used the chalk pens to make a colorful display on the kegerator!The only thing which didn’t make it 5 stars was a couple of the pens included broke quickly. The tops came off in the caps when I opened them and I could get them back on to stop the liquid from pouring out, but for the price of the adhesive and the pens I would have paid more, so for the price that was a very minor setback.

I have a toddler who LOVES to color, especially on the walls. So I decided that after seeing so many people do the chalkboard walls, I should look into it. Being military, we are planning to move within the year and who knows when again after that. Contact paper is INCREDIBLE as a decorating item - you don’t have to repaint. This did not disappoint. He absolutely loves it and understands that he can only color on the chalkboard now versus the rest of the wall, it lets him do what he wants to within reason. I suggest getting multiple though, I underestimated the size and have already placed an order for another one to finish my chalkboard section. Overall very satisfied. Easy to remove (had to relocate after I messed up my alignment) and just spectacular.Mine only came with 1 chalk marker and no additional chalk (as pictured) but we have a big tub of chalk to begin with, so it’s not a huge issue.

This wallpaper is a cheap and easy alternative to chalkboards. It is self-adhesive and can be cut to size by the grid on the back. It is as easy to apply as any contact paper would be. Bubbles occur and paper sticks to itself if not careful enough. I wasn't so the first set got all messed up. I use it on my fridge for messages and shopping lists and on the door for inspirational quotes. Could also be used for decorations, mason jar labels etc. I haven't tried to remove them but I wonder if it will leave a mark or not. The paper came with chalks in 4 colors (red, blue, yellow, and white) and a white marker. The marker was a bit difficult to make work. You need to shake it well and then push it real hard on the surface to make it write. First I thought it was broken but then I figured out how it's done.

Is more like a thick matte black contact paper. Doesn't have a chalkboard feel to it. It does work well as a writing surface and the color has a nice depth to it. The pens take a while to saturate but are vibrant and easy to use.Need to use some kind of cleaning spray or soapy water to wipe off the chalk paint. Applied this to cover up the exposed side of a rusty fridge, its held up well after a few weeks. I appreciate that this was a cheap and easy way to cover up an ugly surface while being removable, aesthetically pleasing, and useful.

Great price! Very good quality paper and the extras were nice to get as well. The only negative was as I rolled out the paper there were bubbles that I had to smooth out but it worked out well.

I have had this for a while now and best I remember the reviews were so-so. But it has been perfect for me and helps me stay organized. I have moved 3 times, which means that I have pulled it off my walls and stuck it back on a wall 3 times and it is holding up pretty well. There were no bubbles like some of the reviews mentioned and I had ZERO trouble getting it to stick and stay stuck!
