DK Readers L2: LEGO DC Super Heroes: Super-Villains (DK Readers Level 2)

I just received this and can't wait to read it to my boys (ages 4.5 and 6). They are a bit timid and can have nightmares if they see anything too scary. But, being typical boys, they love the super heroes. This will be a perfect intro to the villains without being too scary or introducing too many concepts they can't understand. I really like how the villains are introduced in the context of the Lego sets (many of which we have). The only part that they would ask umpteen questions about is the page that references Harley Quinn in an asylum with the Joker (how do you explain an asylum to a 6 year old?) But I'll change a couple of the words (hospital instead of asylum), and it will be fine. My boys are going to love this!

Liked the breakdown villains for my toddler. He enjoyed it greatly. He stated I don't know when I asked him about it. He wants to see Flash.

I haven’t read the book, I got it as a gift for my niece who is all about legos and heros and villains etc. I find the book to be kind of cheap, thin, light and overpriced. The price on the back say $4.99 which I get the point of making a profit but it still seems quit overpriced for what it is.

Great book, great images. Super fun to read my son enjoyed it! Great for beginning readers too. It's a fun way to read without realizing you're reading.

This is for my grandson who is just learning to read. Since he likes the super heroes and LegosI figured I couldn't go wrong. He loved it and I read him the book the following day.Perfect timing and condition. I will be ordering more for sure.

This is a lovely book with clear pictures bought for my five year old son who loves super heroes more than lego. Its a very simple book but he loved looking at the pictures more than anything and will be able to read it himself before too long. I would buy another in the same series

My son has enjoyed reading these books over and over again. He finds reading very difficult but is happy to read these more than once or twice to help him remember the words.

Bought this along with a couple of similar books for my 6 year old son who loves this kind of thing. Perfect for journeys or just to read at bedtime before he sleeps.
