I have taken Zahler Prenatal vitamins for many years with no issues. After I was done being pregnant and breastfeeding, I decided to try these since I didn’t need prenatals anymore. These are absolutely terrible. They smell absolutely awful. But I managed to choke two down. Instantly regretted it. I felt nauseated and almost threw up. For many hours after my stomach rolled and rolled. I kept burping up the taste and almost puked repeatedly. About two hours after taking this I started to run a fever and had the worst headache of my life. I’ve never felt so awful in my life. By evening I was perfectly fine, so it was 100% an allergy to this vitamin. I’m sad to say STAY AWAY. Nothing but good things to say about the prenatal vitamins but the Calm multivitamins are terrible!
