Seeds Of Change
I love these Seeds Of Change, Quinoa and Brown Rice. They are great to add to so many dishes, whether you want them as a side or the main entree. They’re great in chicken dishes or for stews. The best part is they’re a great substitute for replacing the time it takes to cook potatoes. You put a bag or two in the microwave wave for 90 seconds and you’re good. So if you’re looking to make your dinner dishes a little easier to prepare, then I recommend you give these a try.

Love this brand, love basmati rice. I use these packets when I want to quickly have some rice at the ready. Nice for emergencies, hiking, camping, DIY MRE. I bought this particular pack on super sale, so I just assume that the best by date isnt too far away. Frankly, I didnt look nor do I care. This does not at all indicate anything to do with safety. The best by date is an assurance of quality and nutrition. Sad that a reviewer tossed theirs out because the best by was two months or so out. How wasteful.Packet rice is best well heated and some added moisture. But works fine enough at room temp if need be. I just really like the convenience of having packet rice in my pantry. I can make quick sides and soups with it.

A Healthier Carb Side Option for Quick Meals
There are several brands with similar products, but Seeds of Change is by far the best. Obviously, making grains from scratch in a rice cooker is tastier, healthier and far more economical ~ but for those when you're trying to get a healthy meal on the table very quickly, these are a pantry must! If you're going to add carbs to a quick-and-easy meal, these are one of the healthier options! We've now tried all of the Seeds of Change varieties, and they're all great.
