The media could not be loaded. Initially when open this item and placed the batteries, it wasn’t working at all. There is no music no bubble nothing. I thought it’s a faulty device and I applied for return and refund. After sometime I thought I need to change the batteries and used the new expensive AA batteries and magic it worked. My 21 months son was very excited and happy to play with the bubbles and nod his head to the music. Happy days. Definetly recommend it.

The media could not be loaded. We bought this item for my 10 month old daughter last week. She absolutely loved it the first time we used it. Instructions to assemble and how to use were simple and clear. It created loads of bubbles and worked really well.Unfortunately it broke on the second use (as per the video). No idea why, as it wasn't submerged or damaged in any way. It suddenly started to emit a high pitched squeal and the power button refused to work, meaning the toy wouldn't switch off until the batteries were removed. Really disappointed in the quality of this. Unfortunately we have already thrown the box so I'm unlikely to be able to claim a refund.As a note to the manufacture; aside from sorting the obvious build quality issues, a volume control or two level volume button would be a good addition. The music can be quite loud when used in a bathroom due to the acoustics.

The media could not be loaded. absolutely amazing toy!!! music is clear and loud but not too loud either , the eyes light up which is fun! press the button once and you get the music and lights press second time and just the lights so it’s nice there’s a option to turn off the music if you just want the peace after a while! the bubble quality is amazing i just used johnson’s baby bath and the bubbles came out in plenty plus more!!! this toy is the best bath toy we’ve had my daughter absolutely loves it!!! 10 out of 10 recommend!!! :)

My son absolutely loves it but the fact it goes in the bathroom, over the bath its not waterproof? It fell off the wall and into the bath, quickly picked up and dried now not working maybe it should be looked at to be waterproof??

I bought this frog toy for my kids, and they absolutely love it. As soon as the bubbles start coming out of its mouth, they burst into laughter—it’s hilarious to watch. It runs on 4 AA batteries and works really well. The 24 nursery rhymes are a nice bonus and keep them entertained the whole time. Bath time used to be a struggle, but now they actually look forward to it.

The music and singing is so loud it frightened by baby and sounds even louder in the echo in the bathroom! We had to put a plaster over the speaker part to muffle it a bit! My poor neighbours. They are probably glad it broke. Batteries changed. No longer works after a few months. Never dropped or went in the water. Just a bit of a crappy product! Waste of money.
