I thought I had a good purchase, as the battery brought new life to my Note 4 phone. But after about six weeks, it started acting oddly, and would not hold a charge for more than a few hours. Then when out of town, without warning, it totally failed. I went to a local battery store in Florida, where I was visiting, and purchased a new battery. The new battery I bought in St. Pete has worked fine ever since. I do not know if the battery I purchased from Amazon was old or simply defective, but I caution others to tread carefully when buy phone batteries on line. This is the second one I had purchased from Amazon, and both failed prematurely.

So I purchased this for my Galaxy Note 4. I read the reviews and looked like it was a good battery. Dunno if it was just bad luck or maybe the reviews lied but my battery did no last. I fully charged it before turning on my phone. 10 mins after turning on my phone and not using it, battery life was at 70%. Drained faster then my old battery. Had to return it, and had no problem getting a refund

Just bought this battery a little bit more than a week ago. The battery already doesn't last a full day even with minimal/no usage. After the battery is fully charged at 100% (indicated by a green light), the battery indicator drops 2% as soon as the phone is turned on. Then it drops another 6% within 20 mins without any usage at all!! Have to charge this battery at least twice a day already. Very disappointed with this battery.

Very reasonably priced, fast shipping; unfortunately, I did not get to use but a week because my phone issues of not holding a charge & overheating of the phone persisted, so the battery did not solve, it is the phone itself. I will use this vendor in future if a need arises.

I'm disappointed with the performance of the SUNZOS replacement battery that I purchased. I received the battery on May 21, 2019. After calibrating it according to specifications that were included it's not performing as I had hoped it would. I bought it partially because it has overall positive customer feedback and it was listed as I'm "Amazon's choice." I will forgo the hassle and expense of returning the battery, fortunately it was relatively cheap. I guess I will end up buying a new phone after all.

Do not buy this battery. It gets really hot inside of phone and causes the phone to over heat. And had I left it in the phone it would have burned up my phone. So I do not recommend you buy this battery.

I didn't like how with the instructions came a message stating that the battery charged slowly. That should've been stated up front before purchasing. It doesn't last long. The battery actually slides of the battery area causing constant disconnection. That alone is extremely frustrating. Slow charging quick dying. I don't recommend the purchase of this battery, seems like a waste of time. I do think a warranty is given but wouldn't like to go through the head ache.

If the phone isn't used at all, it may keep the charge for a full day, but if you use it at all expect the battery life to go down quickly. I followed the instructions to charge it completely to 100% and have done so since I have had it which is about 3 months I think.
