Delicious
I've been missing shells pasta ever since I went gluten free. I decided to get this to try it, since I have had Jovial products in the past, and I love it. The pasta doesn't get soggy or slimy like some other gluten free brands, and it tastes great as well.

Best gluten free pasta shells
Jovial is an Italian company and they know their noodles. It's a shame none of our local groceries carry this particular shape, it's great for casseroles. Follow the instructions and you'll have great results.

Tastes like regular white pasta
You could fool me with this. It tastes like regular pasta. Put on some delicious pasta sauce, and you're good to go!!

Best GF noodles
These are the best tasting GF noodles out there, if you can find them in stores they are way cheaper than here but I would recommend the product, maybe only through here if you’re in desperate need and don’t have time to go to the store!

Nice Way to Change Up the Shapes of Your Pasta
I came across this pasta looking for gluten free options for the family. With a celiac in the family, we decided to eat mostly gluten free as well. Jovial provides different shapes of pasta, which is nice to switch up for casseroles, etc. It cooks quickly and holds up to sauce, not mushy at all.
