RESPAWN 100 Racing Style Gaming Chair, in Black (RSP-100-BLK)

Putting the chair together was easier than I expected. Most of the work is already done, and the simple design makes it easy to assemble. I am impressed with the quality, and the comfort. The chair overall exceeded my expectations, and I did a lot of research in gaming chairs at this price point, and well above such as Secret Lab chairs. This particular chair won me over with the aesthetic aspect plus the price - it really can't be beat!

I was debating between this chair and the Noble Epic which is a little more than double the price. I decided to go with this char. I just received it today 4/15/2020. It took about 20 minutes to unbox and assemble. There was a dent in the packaging but it did not affect the chair. I am 225 pounds and it supports me fine. My chair arrived in pristine condition with no markings, scratches, or oil. This char is exactly what I expected, a budget chair wrapped in higher end styling. The one area I felt it could better is the range of height. It has what seems to be about 4 inches of adjustable height via the gas lift. I am 6'2" and I can barely slide my legs under my desk. Aside from that this is a great chair for the price. I would definitely recommend it if you are looking for a budget chair that looks great.

The chair is awesome and comfortable for working from home. The problem is that I received a wrong part. The left arm is not the correct part for this model. It has 4 bolt holes instead of 3 and it feels lose. I just need to replace the part but Respawn is telling me that Amazon is responsible for warranty during the first 30 days of purchase and they can't help until/after 30 days. Amazon offers full replacement but I just need the left arm to be replaced.

I literally just received my purchase today from Amazon and the bottom upholstery is lower than the rest of the seat and has visible white stains, arm rests are not leveled (the right is significantly lower than the left), oil stains on upper back of upholstery, upper back is crooked no matter how many times I attempt to adjust and tighten the screws, zipper to the bottom of the upper back upholstery is broken -- I am unable to zip it and it is opening. There are also several scratches on the leather and on the metal surfaces. The packaging looked to be opened when I received it and I am really frustrated that I had to wait a week only to have a defective chair.

After spending hours browsing Amazon I settled with this chair seeing as Respawn is an American brand with quality products at a much cheaper price than alternatives with the same high quality. I'm 6'7 but the back of this chair is perfect, even when sitting perfectly straight my head is comfortably sat on the headrest. It was a breeze to build. The armrests are adjustable vertically and the actually rests slide forward or backward depending on how close you wish to have the armrests to your desk. The lumbar pillow is insanely comfortable and so is the detachable neck pillow. This is a heavy chair as well, no cheap plastic frame here. I would also like to mention that this chair came 2 days earlier than what was estimated which is a bonus. I definitely recommend it!

I don't ever leave reviews BUT I have to say for gaming 4+ hours a day this chair is very comfy! The Box was beat up and torn (which is sad because I would have wanted to save it)where it came but the chair was in perfect condition, I didnt need any extra tools to assemble everything I needed came in the box, you only need something to open the box with. My husband has the respawn 110 which takes alot of space and this one is more sleek and takes less space im a bit heavy for a girl and this chair hugs me perfectly definitely worth the money!

Without fail the mechanism to lean back or to lower or raise your seat will break within a few months of ordering.

I bought this chair because it looked more subtle than most chairs, and appeared to have some decent reviews online. This chair is worth maybe $100. the build quality of mine was poor, the welds were off and this makes the chair not level, the chair is really barely plus at all, and is actually quite thin, I am not a very large person, 170lbs, 5'10", and the back still feels not quite wide enough. It is an ergonomic chair, that is quite comfortable, but I would personally recommend that you not purchase this chair, because it is very overpriced for what it is.
