This stabilizer worked perfect for shoring up my hitch extension so I can fit the bike rack on our vehicle. The sway before the stabilizer was concerning enough that I would take the bike further then a few miles. Now I will happily drive on all our adventures. The device appears to be made of sturdy materials and is quick and easy to install. I fit the bolt over the hitch before I install the extension. Tighten up the bolts and am ready to go.

Put this puppy on tight and the raddle/vibration is gone. Like magic and cheap. The extra pin that comes with the stabilizer was a nice bonus because it was better than the one I had before.

JUST WHAT I NEEDED

The product was painted very badly, so I had to paint it to match up with my new hitch. I hope the quality of the material is better than the paint job that was put on the steel. I have a new RV and I want all the pieces to looklikenew for a while plus I want to make sure it’s going to work and take care of the problem of The hitch not being stable. This is why I bought the stabilizing tooL.

This was a last minute purchase but I'm extremely glad I purchased it. We have a bike rack that holds four bikes and when you turn or hit a bump you can feel the movement of the bike rack. I purchased this hitch stabilizer and the results were amazing. The bike rack felt like part of my Ford Expedition. There was no more rocking or rattling as I had experienced before. In addition, if you don't use a locking hitch pin this would also lessen the the theft of whatever you have attached to your trailer receiver.

I've only used it a couple of times and only on a small 2 in hitch mounted bike rack but so far it's exactly what I needed. Installation is super easy. My bike rack now has zero movement. I haven't tried it for towing purposes but based on how sturdy it is, I have a feeling it'll be just as effective for towing larger objects. Good purchase.

Easy to install. Tightens up nicely without the movement while drivig. Would purchase again.
