This was an easy install and works great. My travel trailer is fairly lightweight at 3000 lbs. so this handles it fine. I keep a soft cover on it all the time to protect it from weather. I feel It is fairly loud espically if you are hooking up early in the morning at a campground but I think most electric tongue jacks are. It is a little lowere geared then a more name brand one I had on my last camper. This has pros and cons, slower up and down but handles the weight well.

Jack works great. The light is very handy. I installed it on an enclosed trailer with a flat 4 plug, so I took the 7-way plug on this jack apart and wired the trailer straight into the jack plug. Nice clean setup now. Not the fastest way to unhook a trailer, but no more rusted out hand cranks that require far to much effort!

So far so good. Very easy to install. It seems to work well. One star off because it is very slow and the emergency handle works, but vert easliy comes off in use and you have to hold it down. It should have been designed for a socket connection for a better mechanical connection. Long term reliability is unknown... time will tell. Vert good price for what it is and even though it seems slow... I don't have to crank it!! :-)

Just installed this electric jack today. I was surprised when I opened the box. The jack is all metal, high quality construction. I wasn't expecting that for a jack under one hundred bucks. The jack is easy to install and is as fast as any other electric jack I've owned.

I bought this for my camper put it on used it for 1 summer. It worked fine, until I took it out from storage wouldn't work and the company will not answer my email. I would recommend spending a little more money a d get a quality unit and something not made with the cheapest parts available.

This is an awesome jack for the price - and I checked out a lot of them! Other buyers have complained that it is slow. I say it beats hand cranking and I don't mind the wait! I'm very happy with it and would recommend it to other RVers.

Super easy to install, and works so good! Even when not hooked up to a battery, and cranking by hand, it is so much easier to use vs the standard type jacks.
