Product is good and serve the purposePhone is in excellent condition after so many drops from last 10 months but not sure if the product is genuine. You can see the condition of cover... life is less than a year

otterbox cover cases are one of the best cases in the world, yes otterbox provides perfect support and cushion to phones and protection, also provides good service at door step, easily replacement if needed... i have been using this case for 11 months.

This one is yet another Chinese cousin of the Original Otterbox! I have used Otterbox in the past and i know when i use one! This is just a cheap rip off! Looks sturdy but feels plasticky & cheap. Good for the price, bad for the reputation for a brand like Otterbox!

The side buttons are extremely hard. Phone kept going to silent mode because of the faulty switch.Overall as OtterBox it definitely protects your phone, absolutely no doubts.

The material on the front side of the cover starts deteriorating in a week. It is like cheap rubber.

The Otterbox Pursuit case is protective but slim at the same time. I love the design but one thing to note is that the button requires a little more pressure to push than usual. The worst part is taking apart the case but once it's on, it's great!

Liked the case a lot. Sturdy but not bulky. However, 5 days past return period the tab for the lanyard broke so the handy strap is no longer usable

So, this is what the case looks like 4 months after you own it. It's literally peeling and pulling apart. I use a lanyard on the phone. It's worn around my neck about 75% of the time. The other 25% is sitting face down on a table or desk. It can't hold up to simple use, then I doubt it's going to do much with a heavy user who throws it in bags, or leaves it a cup holder in the car. I'm so mad. I'm past the Amazon return date. Otterbox will replace it with a new one as long as I pay to ship it to them, pay to have them ship me a new case back, AND pay for the taxes on the new case at whatever price they charge on their website. So I'm looking at about $30 when it's all said and done to replace a poorly made POS from Otterbox, which is what I paid for the original one. Needless to say I'm not happy with their product nor their customer service. Save your money and buy another case cause this one totally blows.

I hate this phone case. FaceTime is useless, so is speaker phone.The design of the case covers the microphone so anyone on the other end cannot hear you. Even opening the protective lighting port doesn't help.

First phone comes apart in two pieces. It is difficult to put on and take off. No one can hear you when the case is on. You have to break off a piece in order to charge it. It covers all the other buttons (volume, the sound toggle and the sleep mode) rendering them harder to use and the toggle sound button useless. The worst Otter Box cover I have ever owned. I cannot believe Otter Box makes and sells such a useless POS.
