DANSEER Edison Brass Wall Sconces Set of Two Sconce Plug in with Switch Swing arm

I bought these for our lake house that is also a vacation rental. The price on these were fabulous for the set of two. They were easy to install. We used the plug in installation (you can do hard wire too if you prefer) because I did not want to run electrical to hard wire them. We had them installed in less than an hour and they look great. Sadly I took the pics before making the bed so you can't see how great the room looks overall but they serve the purpose for us. I hid the cord underneath some framed prints. Also some people complained about the gold for the turn on knob being a different color. I noticed a slight difference but it doesn't bother me enough to worry about it...and I am pretty damn picky! I would for sure buy these again with no hesitation.

Having to wire these myself made me feel like a superhero and do not even take out the instructions because they’re bogus lol. Please look at the photos a kind reviewer has posted and follow those to ensure yours looks identical xD these are absolutely beautiful though and holding up so nicely! We put the Edison bulbs in and they’re very vibeyyyyy.

I have a crawl space behind my bedroom wall with a plug. So, despite not having light fixture wiring on the wall I wanted them, we drilled through the wall behind the sconce plate to hide the cord. My boyfriend was kind enough to do all the manual labor for me and they came out looking amazing! It's just what I had in mind for my bedside situation. I love that it was a two pack, one for each side of the bed. I got some smart bulbs so I can use the lights with Alexa. The smart light bulbs I got are dimmable(otherwise these light are just on or off) so they works really nicely for the bedroom. I added some floating shelves below. It's a small space....my bedroom is only a foot and 1/2 wider than my bed on each side... but these fixtures gave it a more open feel. A great buy!

The media could not be loaded. Exactly what I wanted! Such an awesome touch to my busy wall. It made my room complete and also gave it a more of hotel feel. Everyone loves them.Installing them was pretty hard for me. I’m not familiar with electrical installation so I didn’t understand the instructions or wires at all. I found it very difficult because the instructions were confusing and I wish they provided photos of the actual wires, how to connect them and how they should look at the very end when you’re done. Better yet, maybe even a video of how to install them would have been nice. Luckily my cousin is a electrician and she attached them for me.As far as the mounting goes, it wasn’t too hard. I managed to get them up myself.

4 stars because it had to be wired for the plug-in option. I've seen some wiring done so this helped make the process easier and also 4 stars for the install. I had used a drill to start my installation holes on my walls. I only used the screws, I hate using dry wall anchors BUT the fixtures are in place and holding well. Love the color and looks great in my bedroom. Also i didn't read the descriptions well because I was expecting this fixture to dim but it doesn't. Simply on and off. No bulbs or remote with these fixtures either. I chose this set over 2 others sets that were dimmable, with bulbs and remote because of the look; unique. I'm using Edison globe bulbs 5000k daylight.

The media could not be loaded. I was unsure I would like how far these stick out from the mount but they look great mounted. Just swing them out over the side tables and they're great. I wasn't aware from the listing that the power cord doesn't come already attached. The wires don't have to be attached in any particular order however I wish there would have been clear instructions. I added a large Edison bulb to the sconce. It looks great in person. The bulb size is 6in in size. I would not recommend any bigger than these. Otherwise, they would look odd. The brass color is almost more gold and is bright in color. So keep that in mind when matching to other items. Overall I love them for the price!

PROs: They look nice and the finish is decent for the price.CONS: The nuts that have to go on the front are silver and not fully covered by the gold cap. If you're a perfectionist, this will totally bother you... and without the nuts, the sconce has too much play in it. Also, you'll have to wire this up, whether you want to hardwire it (you'll need a junction box) or you want to plug it it in. It's not already assembled, ready to plug into the wall. Also, it does NOT come with bulbs, so make sure you buy bulbs to finish the look.

They look beautiful and weren’t too difficult to install. FYI they both work with a junction box or you can use the plug, which is useful if you ever want to remount in a different location. Very happy.

Easy to install and looks great. The quality and look of these lights make them look more expensive then they are.

We loved these lights! They were easy to install (we chose the plugin method). I will be covering the cables with painted cable covers to improve the look. They are gorgeous!

Very pretty, minimal sconces. A bit annoying to set up the internal wiring, but simple enough instructions for a novice.

Absolutely love these wall sconces.A bit tricky to install. One of the wall sconces didn't come with a label of which wire is Null and which is a dead wire. We had to buy a multimeter to detect the wires. Other than that, the value is amazing! There is a bit uneven gold tones happening (the knobs are a more dull gold colour compared to the base itself) Other than that, these wall sconces add warmth to any room and I suggest buying light bulbs with a soft white!! You won't be dissapointed.
