Lovely shoes to go with the Elsa dress I got for my grandaughter for Christmas, she was so pleased with them. Do wish I'd have got the size up as they won't last her long. They are a jelly like shoe as I expected & much better & safer than the plastic slip on ones with a heal. These have a very small but safe wedged heal for younger children & fasten with a buckle so won't slip off. I dont think id advise for a child with wide feet as they do seem quite a slim fit but otherwise I would recommend.

Thought i would write a review after reading others. Firstly they are made to be plastic play shoes not to climb walls, they are cheap so obviously i wouldn't expect much in terms of sturdiness from them... but I've previously got jelly sandels that we're not wearable as they we're so hard these we're very durable and soft kinda bendy which is comfortable for kids. I did go gentle with the catches as they looked delicate but so far so good. They didn't smell at all of plastic no smell. Others state they we're extra big so suggested to size down but i wouldn't suggest sizing down after reading reviews i sized down by 1 size they just about fit luckily but won't get much longer out of them i would go with normal size of childs foot. Other than that worked out great for little ones costume very pleased for the price especially.

My daughter loves these and they fit perfectly. One of the pictures emphasises that it has a new fruity smell. I would disagree. I have not purchased before to make a comparison but it does have a "fishy" smell initially. It's now a week since Xmas and although I haven't since put the shoes to my nose I can't smell anything horrid now when my daughter wears them. Certainly not a fruity smell though!

These shoes look the part but unfortunately the buckles are very difficult to master and our granddaughter could not do them herself and became frustrating. Even when they were fastened by us her foot kept slipping to the side. Shame because on first look they would seem perfect

I don't normally leave reviews good or bad but I feel I have no other choice in this innstance. I purchased 2 pairs of these shoes for my daughters. They were quick to arrive. Having opened them I almost passed out with the smell. The smell is toxic, I instantly took a headache & became nauseous. I put the shoes out overnight on my window sill thinking a bit of air would take the stench away, I was wrong. There is no way on this earth I would give these shoes to my girls. I would advise other parents not to buy these. I am so angry that these shoes arrived smelling the way they do. They are lovely shoes & I know my girls would have hours of fun playing with them but there is no chance I would take a risk of them taking ill.

Such a lovely pair of shoes. My daughter loves them! May get them in different colours too. Really good value for money and so comfortable.

These shoes were lovely in design and appeared to be a comfortable fit. However, the buckle was neither safe nor practical. They certainly would not be appropriate for a child to wear indoors much less outdoors for a fancy dress party, for example. There would be a strong chance of the wearer causing themselves an injury in this footwear which cannot be properly secured to the foot. The manufacturer simply needs to replace the cheap, makeshift buckle with a proper secure buckle for these to be in any way safe for a child to wear.
