I have been using this product for well over a year on myself and my adult son with autism who builds callouses due to pronation. It’s the most powerful RPM one I’ve found and does a very effective job without pain. It’s sanitary because you change discs. I wipe it down with an alcohol wipe between uses. Definitely worth it!

When I used the product the sander head kept coming off. Why am I the customer screwing on the sander head of the product, praying that it will work when it keeps doing the same thing.
