My 12 year old daughter is enthralled with buddhist culture. We got her this book for Christmas, and she loves it so much. It gives beautiful photos of these incredible buddhist temples, talks about the details and important facts, and shows alot of inside views of Buddhist culture. She wants to go tour the temples when she is older. She talks about these temples, and researches them more. This is her favorite book!! I highly recommend this book to anyone!! It's like being at the temples themselves!!

Bought as a gift. Looks nice

This was a great purchase, full of facts and great photographs. Unfortunately, the packaging was sub-standard and it arrived with a scoreline right down the front cover! Otherwise a great purchase.
