Q: What's the difference between these and the fibre tip version ?

These pens are a fibre tip and i wasnt impressed by them at all. I think they are more for children or people who like to colour large areas. The fibre tips are not suitable for more intricate designs which i prefer to do. Also after one or two uses the fibre tip started to lose its shape. If you want a good watercolour brush pen look for a nylon tipped one. The nylon tipped are more flexible and you can get a finer and more defined colouring experience. I hope this helps.

Q: can you use these on clear stamps for card making

I wouldn’t think so, they may bleed on some card textures

Q: Are these pigment based or dye based watercolour?
