I'm a total beginner but these were great! I bought a tool to adjust the wheels and trucks. Bought my daughter the same ones in teal and she's in love. Bought them so we can learn and have our own pair when we went to the skating rink. We used them at the rink and skate park. Not great for rough asphalt but worked well on smooth concrete.My only complaint is that the boot is stiff and digs into my ankle on my right leg when I push off my toe stop. But I'm sure after I've used them a while they'll loosen up.If they're just a little fitted, I suggest getting a shoe stretcher. Works wonders!! I usually wear a 6-6.5 in shoes so I bought a 6. After a little shoe stretching on certain spots they fit great!

These are great for beginners, as my daughter is a beginner and love these! They are lighter in weight than the skates you rent at the rink. And to find a womens size 11 in a super girly style, I couldn't be more ecstatic and they weren't even for me! These were a birthday gift and we went skating the same day they arrived. I couldn't give full stars for comfort as they do require breaking in but that's were all the stars for sturdiness come from. Her ankles are well protected, and as she is about 180 lbs and she feels secure on these makes me feel great about the quality. Thank you Candi Girl skates for making a dream come true! She can't wait until after school so she can put in her skates!

I absolutely love my skates , I had my eye on another brand which was a little more expensive then these but these worked out perfect ..These are perfect outside and inside which is a plus because my house floors are wood ..lol... and they roll great inside and outside ..I'm 46 year's young and baby these make you feel like candyyyyy ..lolMy husband think it's sexy...Yes honey...These skates will make you feel like a pro and trust me I have not been in skates in over 25 years ...That's how comfortable theses are you can stand in them without feeling wobbly..If I could give these skates more stars I would .I absolutely feel safe in them and love them ..No complaints..

We got these for our daughter for Christmas. She’s been skating with a less expensive set of skates for a few months and got the hang of it. She’d been skating outside in the street and driveway so it wasn’t a smooth surface, once she put these on and skated a bit she loves these more than the other ones. She said the with the wheels being wider and made of different material she’s gotten more confident. They are kinda heavy for her little 9 year old legs but she doesn’t care. They are also so pretty! I want to get a pair for myself.
