Are the letters essentially just stickers? Most large type keyboards I'm finding are large keys with the font being stickers, not printed on.

No, they are not "just stickers". They seem to be part of the plastic, and after a few years of use, do wear off a bit. The key board I got for my husband broke after 4 years (everyday use, several hours a day), and the keys were very much still visible. We bought another, and it's been perfect, and shows signs of lasting just as long.

no, It is the standard keyboard with large letters (black) and keys that are yellow. It also has keys to control sound.
