I did extensive research on these machines and went with this one. The cost for the dual unit was only $10 more than the single so I went with the dual so other family members can use at the same time.It arrived in only one day and was perfectly packaged. The unit comes with a sexy, sturdy carrying case and includes clear instructions. It's a piece of cake to set up and works great.Be patient the first time you use it because depending on your tap water yo may need to add a pinch of salt to get the amps to reach 1 - 2. If you don't have enough salt and the amps read under .7, nothing happens (add a pinch of salt). If you add too much salt and the amps go over 2.5 the machine will beep and not work (dilute the water).Also be sure the wrist strap is snug against your skin. My daughters wrist is smaller than mine and her bracelet was loose. At first I thought her side of the machine was broken because nothing was happening but as soon as she slid the bracelet up her arm for a tighter fit it worked like a charm.In the first few minutes it didn't look like anything was happening but after a few minutes you'll see the water start to change color faintly and by 7-8 minutes you can really tell it's working. At the end of the 30 minutes there was more debris in the water than when I have it done at the Chiro's.I absolutely LOVE this machine and I'm so happy I made the right choice. The only defect was a *tiny* fleck on the display screen but you can only see it when the machine is off.

My wife and I, been using this machine for 1 week and I don't know if is just a psychological suggestions,but my wife is been experiencing a great relief from her hands arthritis pain and I have a relief felling from my foot pain.we will see in a month is we keep felling the same or an improvement in our symptoms.Thanks.

I was looking forward to using Oileus Ionic foot detox, once received I saw something blurry in the readout screen it was mold, when I opened the case it did smell musty. I continued to go through the attachments to find that the wrist bands didnt go with the main unit, I couldn't plug them in! The company wrote somewhere that this is a health devise and couldn't be returned! contact them first, I DONT THINK SO! Amazon stood behind their policy, I returned it to Kohls no problems. SO don't fall for that CALL US FIRST STUFF. This was a big disappointment!

This is horrible!!!! Me and my sister used it twice and both times water was the same orange/rust color...I tried running it WITHOUT putting my feet in and water was the same color!!! Smh

Lots of room for my big feet. Really nice to have a soak and feel so much better afterwards. Getting off my feet and soaking them really helps me unwind. The electrode looked nice, and the whole setup was easy to clean. This is my first tub, I like it.

Love it! Only one very small problem. Have to warm up machine before you start using. Makes a loud knocking noise for about a minute or so till it's warmed up. Making it a little Annoying if you don't turn on before customers arrive.

I love this foot bath and am seeing good progress in my health, with other modalities. I have recommended it to several friends. The company was very responsive when my machine started acting funny after it blew a fuse. They were very responsive with helping me with a repair!

I liked the spa for many reasons , what I don’t like is the fact that I purchased the foot bath in August of 2018 and I haven’t used it no more than 10 times and the main console stopped working about two weeks ago , I’ve been searching for a replacement but haven’t had any luck now I’m stuck with extra arrays a foot tub that doesn’t work and tub liners that I have no use for .
