I've been using Body Workout 2 nearly every day for many years to keep my arthritis at bay and keep supple, I can't recommend it highly enough for beginners and those with some experience as an all-body everyday workout either split into 3 days or as one whole session, absolutely excellent!. This BW3 repeats only a few of the exercises and has some new ones but is more challenging which is what I was after and I will use it probably once a week as one session, definitely for those with some experience, beginners choose BW2.

The Perfect Body
It is over a month since I informed Amazon that I wanted to return it as it was a video and not a dvd, my mistake but I did expect to hear from the supplier long time before this. Unfortunately it is useless to me as I have nothing to play it on.

lynn robinsons got it right
Its a great shame some reviewers of this item are so negative. My wife and I are in our mid sixties - she is 5'10" with a long and dodgy back, I'm short and squat with dodgy knees and two artificial hips. Yet we both find the exercises on this tape have strengthened our core stabiltiy, while Lynn's ability to keep one focused during the exercises could be studied with profit by most fitness trainers and sports coaches. I suspect other reviewers fall in the category of wanting to improve their fitness without putting in too much effort or getting out of their comfort zone. For anyone of any age, but especially if one or two of your body bits are starting to come apart, if you work at it this tape will stabilise your frame and keep you mobile well into old age.

Not for beginners.
I bought this DVD thinking Pilates was slow exercises, but on this particular DVD it's not. The instructor takes you through the whole thing quickly, I barely had time to 'zip and hollow', being new to the whole thoracic breathing thing, then the exercise was over before I had time to move on. I attended a one to one pilates session at my local pilates centre, that was really really good. I asked for a DVD and was sold this one by the receptionist. It's probably great for someone with more experience in Pilates exercises but I would not recommend this for beginners.
