Great tasting chocolate...good for gift giving...loved the marzipan taste. If you don't like almond or marzipan don't get this. a little pricey but worth a splurge once in a while.

Great quality but overpriced
Delicious chocolates arrived on time and wore very fresh. Unfortunately seller is overcharging. In my local european food market I was able to get the same box for $13 less.I'm sure supermarket still made money selling it. At the price point here, these chocolates are definitely overpriced.

Wunderbar!
Normally, I enjoy Mozart Kugeln in candy bar form when I have been able to do so.--A local store usually carries it towards the end of the year. But on the 260th anniversary of the composer's birth (which also found me plucking out his "Air" on the piano), I took the liberty of popping this in bon-bon form, which has a richness of taste that doesn't come from a flatter candy bar.I enjoyed it immensely, and highly recommended as a novelty treat for those who would enjoy a sweet treat with a European flair to it.

Nice Gift
This was fun to give to some of my piano playing friends. If you are looking for an interesting gift here it is.

Not what I remember
Puzzled by the rather negative reviews of the Austrian Mirabell Mozartkugeln - which I remember as excellent - I decided to give the German Reber version a try, it is, after all, only a hop, a skip and a jump from Salzburg (Mirabell) to Bad Reichenhall (Reber).I must say the box I received tasted rather flat, the way chocolate confections tend to taste after they've been sitting on a shelf for a VERY long time (years).Based on this and some similar experiences with some imported chocolates, my guess would be that they arrive in the US in perfectly fresh condition, but the fact that they are fairly unknown in America and kind of expensive, makes them spend many, many months, possibly longer, in a warehouse, which isn't good for any food, not even candy.
