I’ve not come across a book in this style where photos and snapshot comments are combined. I’ve watched his food/travel programs many times over and thoroughly enjoyed how adventurous Anthony Bourdain was. “Kitchen Confidential” was a masterpiece.“Remembered” loses a star because there are several locations he visited which feature more than once. There are so many other places he visited which could have featured instead of the duplicates.

Random quotes, most with no real substance. A blatant attempt to profit off Tony's sad demise.

Beautiful photos and a nice read.

I love this book. I have it sitting out in my living room and whenever I need a little lift I grab it and read a few pages. Anthony Bourdain was such a beautiful and interesting human being. This book will certainly testify to that. Gorgeous photos, heartfelt experts. A written celebration of stories from people all over the world, remembering a great man.

Ich hatte erwartet, dass es sich bei diesem Buch um eine nette Erinnung an Tony handelt, in der Weggefährten zu Wort kommen, und in der auch Tony's Person, seine Biographie und seine Arbeit angesprochen werden. Leider ist das nicht der Fall; das Buch besteht aus Zitat-Foto-Kombinationen von Menschen, die mit Tony gearbeitet haben oder ihm begegnet sind. Irgendwie nicht ganz interessant.

O livro é muito bonito e muito bem montado, com belas fotos e depoimentos. è uma linda homenagem à Tony.
