Ryobi P118B 18V Battery Charger

I bought two aftermarket batteries for my Ryobi power tools and they did not work well with my old P118 charger. So I purchased this charger from Ryobi (P118B) and all is well with the charging of the new batteries. This is a nice little charger that has saved the day. Very happy with this buy.

It worked well as I expected.

These were easy to use and didn’t charge super slow. It had a decent charge speed and I’d say it was good for the money. It wasn’t heavy and functioned nicely, considering Ryobi is a nice brand. It used it to charge up batteries for a fan during the hurricane here in Texas, recently. It paid its dues 😅

My old charger wasn't built for my newer lithium batteries. This replacement was affordable and works fine.

It will show as solud green sometimes when I put a battery in to charge. The battery has to be taken out and reinstalled tight then it will blink green that it is charging. The charger does charge well once it is blinking.

I needed another charger for my string trimmer and now have two extras of these. So nice to have two batteries charging while using the third one. I have quite a lot of trim work around the property so now I never have to wait to have a fully charged battery to continue on. They are very quick to charge. No problems at all. Highly recommend.

Charges the name brand batteries as well as the aftermarket without a problem. The price was better than buying it at the retail store. No complaints highly recommend it
