PaperChef Culinary Parchment Multipurpose Non-Stick Paper, 41 sq ft

This is the best parchment paper out there. Nothing leaks through it and the edges don’t brown-up like other brands. Quick delivery too!

Obviously, this is parchment paper for use on a baking sheet. This is a nice, big roll reasonably priced and packed in a box with a cutting edge to make it easy to select the right size for the pan, with no waste. I am a big fan of silicone baking mats, but sometimes it is nicer to just use the paper and throw it away afterwards. This is the right stuff to do that.

I never used parchment paper before, but they help out so much when baking just about anything!I was hesitant on which one to get from amazon, but I settled on this one b/c of the value (they give 41 feet's worth).I'm happy with my purchase.The only thing is that cutting it could be somewhat tricky for some b/c there's no real 'sharp' edge on the box, but you can easily use scissors. I got the hang of it after a while. There's instructions on teh box.

When I first looked at this item I was unsure of what was being sold, I asked a question and they responded very swiftly. I received the product in perfect condition, item as described. The actual item met my expectations of a thinner non bleached parchment paper.Will buy from again, 5 stars.

what do you expect? it's packed as a roll, and wider than regular foil or wax paper rolls just FYI. I have to check again, but I think it's make in USA. I use it as under-liner for baking and steaming. works well.

While the width of this paper is a bit off for a half sheet pan, this is by far the best parchment paper I've ever used. Absolutely *nothing* sticks to it. I'll never use another brand.

Works perfect for pressing. Holds up much better than Reynolds. Tears less. Csn handle high pressure

This is a must have for any kitchen. It so drastically cuts down on scrubbing and cleaning baking pans. I couldn’t live without this product

The quality of the paper was very good but the cutting edge was too awkward. Next time I’ll order the one with the better built in cutter.
