Just a blank face plate.
It did what it is designed for. It is not a hard plastic so it has a little flexibility so it is not prone to break. Screws were included and the color match was great.

This fixed some crooked holes from another face plate. From an old copper outlet. In my daughters toddler room.

The product itself is grear, but the package was open when we received it and missing hardware. I do not want to return the product as I need it for a project and waiting for another is holding me up, but will have to go out and purchase the screws to mount it to the wall.
