I wanted some bearings to make a prototype for a string winder I've been planning on assembling for a while. I find it a lot of hassle having to unwind and then rewind strings when flying my four stringed foil kite, I needed bearings with a centre hole of 10mm and these were the cheapest I could find on Amazon.They work fine, I fitted them into blocks of pallet wood and threaded a 10mm batten through them without issues. The batten is tight enough to take some pressure to insert, so there is no risk of it working it's way free of the bearings.I don't know how these will hold up when they get a bit of salt moisture in them, I suspect they won't take long to rust. But initially this is proof of concept so I will see how it works before moving on to stainless steel bearings if it looks like the winder is a viable solution.

Needed a bearing to repair a broken vacuum cleaner.These were perfect and could not believe the price. Only needed 1 so now I have enough to keep me going for several repairs!!

Used these on my RC cars. Very good quality, just popnthe seals out and add a vit more grease and your good to go.

I purchased these to use on my routing jig and they work great for my application.
