These yummy cookies bake up perfectly! They our packaged in a large clear bag upon arrival. The outer packaging is really quite extensive. They arrived in a very large Styrofoam container filled with dry ice. I was very impressed with how professionally the packaging was. I have purchased these multiple times and they are always delicious. Highly recommend. The taste, texture, and convenience are all top-quality.

Couldn't ask for a better purchase experience. I read reviews of cookies being received thawed. I met the UPS delivery at the door. Packed with dry ice, mine are perfect, still frozen. I vacuum sealed them in packs of 18. They taste delicious. I recommend ordering on Sunday so that they are shipped early enough in the week that you receive before the following weekend.

We were originally sent the wrong type of cookie. It was an easy mistake to make and thankfully with some patients the seller fixed the error! The right cookies surprised us at our doorstep and we're happily baking them now! Everything is great and we are satisfied with the purchase, even with the error. :-)

I bought the cookies to bake and provide for banking customers on Friday. I did not like the delivery method as the box was torn up and leaking fluid! It was so disgusting because about 1/3 of the cookies were thawed out and melting away causing the fluid to leak out of the delivery box.
