Q: Can the tube be attached to either side of the fan?

This fan is designed to be a double use fan. By connecting the ducting canister to the front, the fan can be used for extracting harmful air from a work zone. When the canister is connected to the back (as shown in product image), it can be used to draw fresh air into a confined space for improved ventilation. All of the Allegro COM-PAX-IAL blowers are designed to work in this same manner.
