Porcupine Massage Ball - Blue

I bought this ball on the recommendation of my personal trainer to use to release muscle knots. It does do the trick, but for me, it is too sharp and hurts a little more than I world like. There are other massage balls out there that work but don't hurt quite as much when you use them.

you get a massage ball that isn't strong enough to put a lot of pressure on. In fact, it's too easy to squeeze and collapse, which makes it fairly worthless to use for massage or even sports rehab.Disappointing purchase.
