Dow Chemical157860 Fill and Seal Triple Expanding Sealant, 20 Oz, Can, Tan, Mild, Foam

I used this to fill in rotten holes in the top of my deck posts before I put copper tops on. It expanded just as I figured and now the copper looks so nice and doesnt blow off. And the holes won't be getting moisture to rot.

like any of these foam products it's a one-time use. Don't count on using it once and then try again 10 minutes later because it will be clogged up. use it for a few big jobs and be done with it

I can't really speak to the longevity of the foam, because I just applied it a couple months ago. I just wanted to warn everyone TO WEAR GLOVES. The reason: I had gone a long time without doing much work with my hands and they had gotten quite soft. Around the time I started using this foam, I had started to do a lot of work with my hands, and their skin was were getting dry and hard to the point I had developed a few skin fissures. While applying five 20 Oz cans I got a bit of foam on my skin a couple times, but almost immediately cleaned it off with acetone, EXCEPT for one time that, without noticing, I got some on my index finger. I don't know if it's because it sat on my skin for longer than the other times OR if it was because that finger had a skin fissure, but THAT FINGERTIP BECAME PARTIALLY NUMB for over a month. WEAR GLOVES AND KEEP THE FOAM OFF ANY OTHER SKIN!!! (of course you also want to avoid skin contact because you don't want acetone on your skin and/or how hard it is to remove if it dries).

Super impressed. Sealing gaps on my metal building this one can filled gaps that took 5 cans of great stuff to fill.So I saved Almost 30 bucks a side.

It works really well. The only problem i have is that it seals up the nozzle and then breaks. So you have to use it all at once or you end up wasting a bunch of it.

It worked one time, but don’t expect to use the same can again and again. Used one time, followed all the instructions and now I have a nearly full can I cannot get to work. Waste of money, waste of time. Don’t bother with this product.

Worked great and I'd never used it before so not sure what to expect. It came out in full force so I did have to go back and cut some off afterwards. So easy to use!

A little difficult to work with because it is so tacky. My biggest issue is that it doesn't dry tan but more like a dingy yellow. It was replacing an older application of a different product that was several years old which did dry tan to match my brick and siding.
