I was in need of a descent office chair, this chair fit the bill and is exceptionally well made. As a chair, it is comfortable and sturdy and well worth the price. I would buy this again in a heartbeat. I would also suggest to get a larger size Allen Key attachment for assembly. You can certainly put it together with the included tool, but it is tedious and easier to go with something less "manual". I have listed some points to consider before buying thisPros:+ Soft leather+ Great lumbar support+ Incredible price for a leather chair with this style andd designCons:- Chair back only reaches mid-neck for me and I don't have a long torso ( by the way my height 5'11, they have a decent armrest but torso length is most important for seating height)- Where you sit (the mesh area) is the least padded area of the entire chair, and you can tell if seated for a whileThank you

MY FIRST COMPLAINT WAS ABOUT THE NON EXISTENT EMAIL ADDRESS GIVEN FOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND RECEIVING THE LUMBAR SUPPORT;MY EMAIL RETURNED NON EXISTENT.OTHERWISE ASSEMBLED THE CHAIR,LOOKS AND FEELS OK;DISAPPOINTED THAT IT IS NOT ALL LEATHER AS DESCRIBED IN THE SITE .BUT A COMBINATION OF LEATHER AND PVC.WILL GIVE AN UPDATE AFTER USAGE received the inflatable lumbar support;worthless for this chair as it keeps too far away from back rest;will use in my car.update After a few weeks of usage I stick with 3 stars;it is not as comfortable as I thought,the reclining position is meaningless all in all I am disappointed update after two month OF USAGE;I definitely am not comfortable with this chair ;NOT DEEP ENOUGH,PRACTICALLY NO RECLINING ( JUST A FEW DEGREES) THE PNEUMATIC CENTER SUPPORT SLIDES EVERY DAY ,DOES NOT HOLD THE POSITION;IT IS NOT WHAT I EXPECTED;DON'T BUY SIGHT UNSEEN10/04/19 UPDATE: AFTER 3 MONTH USAGE THE TELESCOPIC CENTER COLUMN TO RAISE THE SIT STOPPED WORKING????WHAT DOES ONE DO WITH THE WARRANTY??????UPDATE 04/16/21 THE CHAIR IS GARBAGE SITS ALL CROOKED THE PNEUMATIC CENTER DOES NOT WORK HAVE TO THROW IT OUT DON'T BUY. This chair seems to be well made but the arms hit my legs on the outside, so I couldn't spread my legs much. And the Chair is well made and easy to assemble but after putting it to the test and after some days I noticed my lower back wasn't feeling so good. It wasn't challenging to take apart. I used a rubber mallet and my wife helped me to hold it up while I hit it as hard as I could. The center pole finally came out. I received my refund quickly. I would recommend this chair because I think for someone else it will probably be confortable. I'm 6'1" 185 lbs. I don't know if I'm looking for the impossibly comfortable chair or what, but this wasn't it.

The chair doesn't recline properly, and I am continually sliding forward on the chair. There is no way to sit far enough back in the chair to stop me sliding. I had to buy shelf and drawer liner that grips and put in the chair to stop me sliding out of the chair. The area where a person spends most of the time sitting is not comfortable, not enough padding. Not worth the money!

Overall decent office chair for the price. Cushioning feels a bit stiffer than expected but maybe it could soften up after some wear. Assembly was a bit challenging. Some of the installation steps weren’t very clear or had incorrect figures, and aligning all the holes between the armrests and seat cushion pieces was somewhat difficult. Also the bolts didn’t screw in easily but finally after putting it all together the chair looks and feels ok.Update - chair made horrible clicking noise when rocking back and forth. Kinda disappointed because I liked the look and feel of the chair. I requested a refund.

BOUGHT THIS CHAIR IN JUNE OF 2019. IT IS NOW NOVEMBER AND THE CHAIR HAS BROKEN. I USED IT IN MY OFFICE FOR ABOUT 6-7 HOURS A DAY. I BOUGHT THIS ONE BECAUSE I NEEDED A HEAVIER WEIGHT LIMIT. NOW THE CHAIR DOES NOT RAISE UP AND DOWN AND WHEN I SIT, IT BASICALLY LEANS FORWARD AND IT HAS BECOME VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. FOR A $200.00 CHAIR, I EXPECTED A LOT MORE TIME BEFORE I HAD TO SEARCH FOR ANOTHER CHAIR.

If anyone has a suggestion on how to deal with this I would appreciate it.I bought this in Jan 2020 and until about a week ago all was great with it. I am not a heavy man and I do not jump around a lot in the chair. Mainly computer work most of the day.All of the sudden the chair will not sit normal. It mainly leans to the right but I can shift my weight to lean it to the left. I can try to center it but have to sit still and balance to get it to stay centered. Most often is leans right on its own.For 200.00 bucks I was hoping for more. I hope someone has a suggestion or the seller might see this and give some advice on how to fix it. I will gladly change the review is it can be fixed.

Well made and comfortable. The back of the chair is not high enough to provide me with neck and head support, but, otherwise, I am very pleased with this chair. Superb back/lumbar support. Nice rocker. Swivels smoothly. Quiet (the last desk chair I bought from Amazon squeaked every time I moved). I did not find it as easy to assemble as suggested by some reviewers, but I finally got it done. Overall, I like this chair a lot and after two weeks of use, my choice of this chair appears to have been a good one.
