Not as good as I would've liked...
I gave this pamphlet (to short to seriously be considered a book) only 3 stars largely because of its layout problems. I feel that there's a lot of wasted space where pictures could have been kept together to help support the topic rather than used to increase the page count.I also believe that this could've been handled a little better if the pictures had actually been labeled with the name of the exercise as well as mentioned previously (by figure number) in the preceding paragraphs, none of which is the case. Pictures were often found on pages after the topic of discussion had already closed, or on a page with other topics which I believe could lead to some general confusion of the topic. So yeah, while the content is covered, and I did appreciate the rather straight forward approach, I don't believe that the reader should expect this book to be anything more than a chapter that should've been added to a larger book. That being said, there is information in this book that I haven't seen anywhere else, and it was nice to see a topic covered that, IMHO, is usually constantly overlooked and taken for granted by most. I considered giving this book 4 stars, but with the format errors and overall layout (like the table of contents being found at the back of the book?), I thought that such a rating would be both undeserved and misleading at best. So I'll leave it with three stars. If it were anything less, I'd be returning it for a refund, which I'm not ready to do.

A bit short
This was well written if a bit short. I can think of a few exercises that were omitted. Still recommended.

Good advice
Good advice and techniques described. Certainly worth a read. Would recommend this read. Unfortunately a don’t have any rings in my gym, but I think I’ll be buying some next pay day.

Not impressed
After reading books like moulding a mighty grip and mastery of hand strength I was quite disappointed in the content of this book. Nothing new here and most exercises listed in this book will be known by the most casual of gym goers
