The media could not be loaded.  I’m a long time sufferer of ear congestion/infections. I’ve always been curious what the inside of my ears looked like. After reading the reviews on this product I thought I’d give it a try. Initially I didn’t have high expectations but thought I wouldn’t be out that much money if it turned out to be a low quality product. I was pleasantly surprised. The picture/video quality is amazing. It is very easy to use along with the app. The tool for removing wax is soft and painless (much less than the Bobby Pins my mother used on me as a kid- I know, gross!). I’ve used the camera on my 16 month old who insistently likes to put any and everything into his ears - I was able to find he put a piece of fuzz in his ear. I’ve also used the camera on my beagle. I wouldn’t suggest using the tool to clean a dogs ear though to avoid ear drum damage, yet it is very helpful for inspecting. I’ve had this product for about three months. I use it frequently and have only had to charge the battery twice. With proper care and cleaning and I’m sure this will last a long time! I hope this review helps to assure you that this product is fantastic!

The media could not be loaded.  This otoscope is really easy to use. It has everything you need with a case. The size is just right for home or traveling. The device performs as expected. I appreciate the ear spoon and speculum which are included. They even have theirs own containers. However, I have use this otoscope in a very different way. I have a very shy ghost shrimp in my tank. It is very tricky to check on her. I have been using so many techniques to film and study her behavior. This otoscope is the only device I can use to film her due to its flexibility and small scope. From the video clip, I filmed her eating algae at the very back corner of the tank. I am pleasantly surprised about the versatility of this scope. The video might not be super clear but considering what this device can do is impressive. In addition, one day I noticed that I can charge my iPhone using this device as well since it provides the micro-USB to type-C adapter too. It did charge my iPhone fast when I needed. All in all, I love this product. It delivers what it advertises for and more.

This otoscope is easy to use and provides good quality images. Since it works via a smartphone, you can save pictures, which is valuable in this age of remote medicine due to the impact of COVID-19. I was able to get good pictures with this device and send them to my doctor to help decide whether I needed an office visit. Installation of the app on my iPhone was super simple. It would be nice if you could control the depth of focus of the camera rather than having to focus on a particular area by moving the lens further into or out of the ear canal. The scapula that come with the kit are useless and probably dangerous -- see a doctor if you need to pick at something you see with this camera (a tool like this should be for observation, not intervention). This same otoscope seems to be available under multiple brand names -- as far as I can tell, they're identical, so I opted for the cheapest one to save ten bucks.The reason for taking off one star from a great product: Shortly after I received the otoscope, I received an offer for a sizable cash reward in return for posting a review on Amazon. The offer didn't say the review had to be good, but I don't like when vendors pay bounties for reviews. I did not accept the offer. Based on my own experience, this really is an excellent device, so I don't doubt all the positive reviews, but on principle I don't like the practice of buying reviews.

Especially with telemedicine becoming more prevalent, whether you have clinical experience or not, this product is worth every dime. When my son had an earache, I sent the video and pics from the scope of my sons ear to our doctor, which enabled him to make a proper diagnosis with a telemedicine visit. The image quality is incredible! I wish I would have had this when my kids were little...remembering how often we had to take a trip to the doctor to find out if they had fluid or infections in their ear, this product takes away the guesswork when babies or toddlers are unable to explain their crabbiness. Even if you don’t know exactly what you’re looking at, you can see in my pics the difference between a red inflamed eardrum and a heathy one. Obviously, this product shouldn’t be used to diagnose anything without a physician or healthcare provider, but it’s a game changer. Best purchase I’ve made all year!!

I'm an emergency physician and recently bought this product and have several opinions regarding its use.1) Its fun to look inside your own ear but be careful, especially when using the curettes to clean out your ears. It's very easy to cause damage to the ear canal or perforate your ear drum. A medical professional should really be doing that.2) This device works seamlessly with an iphone.3) I mostly use a google pixel 3 and have ATT as my service provider. The app states that i must configure USB tethering in order to use this device with my phone and USB tethering is not included in my wireless plan. For those unaware, USB tethering is used to share your phone's internet connection with your computer or other device. I dont understand why this otoscope would require an internet connection in order to function. If anyone has a solution to this, I would love to hear it.

The product is so cool. You can see if there is any earwax or ear infections inside of the ears clearly. The picture quality is good. The app is easy to download and install. And with the app installed on cell phone, it's convenient to bring the toolkits with you even when travelling. And the package looks cool as well. I like it.

Easy to use product and it comes with everything you need (as shown on picture) it's just a little bit tricky to fix the camera when it's upside down, but otherwise decent buy and very useful

Good day everyone I had issues with the product pairing with my "OLD" Samsung Galaxy S5 phone as I downloaded the App from the website and couldn't find the "USEE" App initially when I went to the Android Google play App Store. After phoning the customer service they directed me to other app's that did not work and I was frustrated but the customer service guy was excellent and absolutely professional.After deleting all the apps suggested by customer service and the ANYKIT website, I returned to the Google Play App store and finally found the "USEE" App and was easily connected.How ever the app does share your Metadata and background voice recording's back to the Chinese Manufacture which North Americans should be aware about. Note: That all Chinese products coming into North America all extract Metadata!

This was a good price and is very basic, which is actually quite nice. No playing with wifi direct, and the cord is fine. These products generally use really terrible apps, but this one isn't bad at all. So, we'll worth it.

Je voulais voir dans les tro d' oreille voir si j,avez beaucoup de cire . mais c'etais ok! La petit boite comtien beaucoup de chose a l'interreur! mais dommage que ces pas sans fils. sur tout la webcam que tu laisse le fils branché a la boite un vas le brise facilement deja il y a un plie . entk si ca brise je vas acheté une autre mais pas cette version la ;) ... il aurais du aussi mettre l'esperateur qui attire la cire sera hot avoir .. mais comme j'ai dit serais une autre lol
