This paste is so yummy when making tomato sauce or adding to recipes. It is less acidic than other tomato pastes we have tried. Really love it!

I was introduced to this at a cooking class in Pelos, Greece. I now consider it essential to any casserole like moussaka. It will add the robust flavor you'd find throughout restaurants in the Peloponnese. Comes with a plastic lid, so keeps a long long time in the refrigerator. Sad to say, the price on Amazon is outrageous at $34 for two 410g cans. I now get mine (mail order) from Titan Foods in Queens, NY for $3.95 a can.

The most delicious tomato paste ever! We bought this on holiday in Greece as it was being produced near where we stayed. When it ran out, I had to buy more! It gives a unique and delicious flavour to everything. As a bonus the tins are beautiful and reusable as storage containers.

Man merkt, dass das Tomatenmark weniger stark konzentriert ist. Es schmeckt hervorragend und unglaublich aromatisch! Besser als die meisten im Supermarkt erhältlichen. Ich habe es seitdem im Sparabo.

Ja....tolles Produkt....keine Frage.ABER ... 2 von diesen Büchsen in einem Folienbeutel zu verschicken ist keine gute Idee.Die Dosen waren beide total verbäult....ein Wunder das der Inhalt nicht ausgetreten ist.Vieleicht sollte man diese Versandart mal überdenken.
