Works great no problems installing

This lift and carrier is well constructed but is designed more for scooters than for Permobile type power chairs. The rachet strap tie downs are spaced too far apart so they only reach less secure points. Also, the straps are too short to thread through the most secure hard points of the chair (see photos). Another issue is that there are no metal contact points on the bottom of the platform. The weight of the loaded platform when being lifted causes it to drag across the asphalt, and will soon cause damage to the underside of the platform. The manufacturer could easily fix this by welding small replaceable metal contact shoes to the bottom of the platform. An easy fix for the ratchet strap issue is to simply move the strap reels 3 or 4 inches towards the center, or make the straps longer.

Keys: you should Duck tape the keys on top of the power box and add that notice in the directions above what to do above “Lost or absent keys” and a complete directions of what to do, what model/serial numbers the buyers should have when they call for a replacement set.
