I've had this mat for years and have used it for everything from bread to pies to hamburgers. It sticks well on the counter but is nonstick for food. Cleans easily and is very durable. I love the measurements. 10/10!!!

I purchased this item not for baking but with the hopes it would solve a problem I was having with my chihuahua. She is 15 and has weak back legs and only a few teeth, so eating was a problem she was sliding all over the floor. This mat is excellent quality , it sticks to the floor without moving, the size and thickness is perfect. PROBLEM SOLVED wipes off easily and the floor stays clean.

I'm from the era of those stiff plastic ones that rolled up, and skidded all over the counter when you were working with them. I was skeptical of this thing and expected to hate it and return it, but I wanted to give it a try. I have been really amazed. I bought the white with the red print and it is very easy to see, no concerns in that regard. I've used it many times now and it has never disappointed. It sticks to the counter nicely, which is helpful in rolling out dough. A couple times I haven't had to add extra flour because the dough wasn't sticking to this mat. I've done sourdough, challah bread, biscuits, pie crust, cinnamon rolls...I can't remember what all and I've done some of those more than once. I really have found the mat to be much nicer than my old one. I bought the larger one and washing it is a challenge, but I'm figuring that out and that's my problem not a fault of the mat. Storage is much more simple than the old plastic version, fold this up and it takes up much less space. I did cut on it with a knife once, very gently, and didn't damage the mat. I don't think I'd recommend that and don't plan to do it again, I was careful to barely get to the bottom of the dough. I have generally used something dull, such as my bench scraper or another similar tool, and no damage to the mat. I would absolutely recommend this product.

This roll up bakers mat is a great tool and helps contain the mess of rolling and cutting doughs. I ordered exactly the counter depth for my kitchen, so messes didn’t spread to adjacent surfaces or end up on the floor. Plus , the measurements on the mat are so helpful. No more floury ruler!

It is ugly but works great for kneading flour and keeping it off of the countertop.

Wife loves using it for making several chinese foods. Easy to use and even easier to clean.

Love this. I bought one of each color for my grandgirls to call their own. They writing definitely helps roll out a pie crust of the perfect size.

I didn’t know I needed these mats. I am cooking a lot and always looking for ways to keep my countertops clean so it’s not a big chore at the end. These make cleanup a breeze. They are the perfect thickness to work and they lay out flat. They provide great protection and don’t slide. They are an absolute must for baking and prepping food. They work really well and a neutral color allows them to fit in without looking out of place.I really like the measurements which make it a great value for the cost.
