For the money this was not a great value. Plus
This product will warm your towel. However, it is slow to warm up and has no timed off feature.You must manually go back and turn it off. Additionally, The size only reaches one third toone half of your towel. The bars are to close together to wind a big fluffy towel through. For themoney this was not a great value. Plus, you will need an electrician to install it. It's in, so I'llkeep it, but, I would not buy it again.

Great product, and service
The Amba towel warmer works perfectly for our remodeled guest bathroom. The guest bathroom is a tight fitting bathroom meant to support the basic of guest bathroom needs, and we had limited room for a protruding towel rack for the shower. This towel rack + warmer works very well, and has inspired us to look at installing a second larger towel warmer rack in our Master bathroom. Nice to have a warm towel for the winter, and it also helps keep the towel from mildew, etc smells after limited use. Highly recommend this product.
