Excellent snack cheese with salami or other meat and crackers.
This is a really good snack cheese that I enjoy with sliced salami or other sausage on crackers. It's also quite good alone on a cracker and not to bad on a cheeseburger either.

DELICIOUS!
This cheese is delicious-just like all Tillamook cheeses! I do not like Pepper Jack, but this is DELICIOUS! The cheddar is delicious and just melts in your mouth just before you catch the slight crunch and smokiness of the pepper. I had to buy more immediately!
