TrumpeterGerman Field Howitzer Firing Crew Figure Set, Scale 1/35, 5-Pack

The kit is well molded. There is some flash on accessories. There are no personal weapons included so they will have to come from the spares box. They did include lots of shells though! the figures are completely broken down and while they show field caps on the box art it seems that only helmets are included and one figure has a full head. They also have crew members in undershirts and suspenders for a different look. I got the kit to go with an AFV Howitzer I have to show it in action. Gun crews are hard to come by so its good to see action figures.

I wanted to get several soldiers for a diorama I am trying to put together and these are perfect. The detail is great and it came with parts that I was unaware were included, like the wicker mats and baskets that are molded in a soft rubber type of material. These will help maximize the realism of my diorama.

With a gun crew from DML I have now added the Trumpeter set for the second Tamiya 88mm anti tank gun in my work in progress dual artillery diorama. The figures are new to me as I have never seen much less used any models from this company. Upon inspection of the kit parts I noted many action poses are possible and with a few swaps of arms even more so as the extra arms from the DML kit will surely allow for more. The kit's a prize in my book as the number of artillery crews in action without the field piece are few. I will definitely approve of the kit!
