Good quality for a cheap price
Bought this to remove a wasps nest inside a birdbox. Didn't want to kill the wasps so thought relocation of the box would be kinder.Took a chance on this suit because it was the cheapest, and was very surprised at the quality. Good cotton material, well made, and fitted well with no gaps for wasps to enter. I bought size XXL and it fitted perfectly. I am 5 feet 10 and medium build.I did wear thick clothes under the suit as advised, and a thick wooly hat, just to prevent any sting penetrating the suit and reaching my skin. The hood was well made and well sealed and allowed good visibility and excellent protection. Also, the arms and legs had good elasticated cuffs . All in all an excellent buy that served it's purpose well. The suit will definitely last for a good few years. Excellent product and cheapest on Amazon. Note- I did not buy gloves and instead used a thick pair of rubber gauntlet gloves I had around the house for cleaning. No stings to report and a hassle free operation.

Very good value
Very good protection whilst dismantling a wasps nest the size of a rugby ball. Sturdy and will be useful to use again when new nests appear. I bought the XL size which was rather large on me but better too large than too small. I used it as an oversuit. A good investment at a low price. I used fairy liquid in cold water in my spray which completely sorted the problem out, with the stragglers dealt with within twenty-four hours. Recommended. I have now regained possession of my shed.

Short in the body
Really well manufactured suit made with thick material and elasticated at wrists and ankles. It's very easy to get on and off and the zip ends have a velcro tab over them to make sure entry by a bee is impossible. There's a patch pocket at the back on the right hand side and two patch pockets on the front. It's only fault is that it is very short in the body. I am a 5'2" female, dress size 14 and the XXL suit is short for me. I can feel it as I am just standing and the if I can just bend over. There is a zip to the hood which allows the mesh to drop forward if you need to change glasses etc. Overall it's brilliant value for money. I would recommend it to any bee keeper.

Bad dimensions.
Very nice suit let down by bad sizing, the back the suit is short leaving it very tight in the crutch. If you order one it might be worth ordering a larger size or look at a different suit all together.

Not a single sting
Today I tackled a wasps nest which had burried itself in our compost heap and oh boy was I extremely glad I was wearing this.I have never seen a swarm attack until today when I plunged my garden fork into the heap to turn it over to find what I was expecting to be a small nest.It was no small nest and although a swarm of wasps flying straight at your face is one of those buttock clenching run and hide moments I was eternally grateful the quality of the garment stood up to the attack and with pride I stood my ground victorious 🤣.Bee suit 1 Wasps -100's 🥳

Bad stitching, quite loose and split almost upon trying on!
Wouldn't like to be in a wasp swarm in this. Would not feel safe at all. Very spacious, however the poor stitching wouldn't allow much movement before completely breaking sadly.

Poor Quality Mesh
I appreciate this suit is cheap and cheerful, but after a year of being rarely used, I noticed a hole in the mesh where it joins the material (worryingly during a hive inspection). I decided to sew up with nylon thread but on close inspection, I can see several areas where the mesh is disintegrating. I will now have to either cut away the existing mesh and try to replace it or consign it to the bin. Otherwise the suit was fine, albeit a bit short in the body. I would also go for a suit with a detachable hood for washing next time. This one doesn’t detach.
