Great pre-natal vitamin!
These are 1000% better than the softgels that they offer as they have a fishy taste/odor.These are odor/taste free!

Great prenatals
I have been using these prenatals before, during, and after pregnancy. Never had any issues. I am planning to use these until after I'm done breastfeeding my little one.

no nausea!
After taking two other brands of prenatal vitamins while I was pregnant, I switched to these. Unlike the others, this is the only one that did not give me that nausea afterward. Also, the pills were not HUGE like most prenatals are, and I only had to take one. so easy!I took them all throughout my pregnancy, and 5 months while breastfeeding, until they all ran out. Now I am taking the gummy vitamins from vitafusion, but want to switch back because the taste is horrible.

Easy on the stomach, easy to swallow
Great value for how much you get. It ends up being a supply for about 9 months. So almost your whole pregnancy if you are expecting. Each bottle is 90 tablets and its says one a day. You get three bottles. Great deal! I have a sensitive stomach. But, no queasiness at all with these. Easy for me to swallow too.

Terrible aftertaste
These have all the vitamins and minerals I'm after which is great but I almost throw up every time I take them. They taste absolutely horrid. Normally pills don't i there me at all but these are extremely potent. I take them at night before bed so I'm asleep before the bad mouth taste really kicks in.

Great vitamins
Not much can be said about vitamins. These have been great for me and are an excellent deal when compared with how much you would pay in the store or for other brands. I have found that I need to make sure my stomach is full before taking them or I get really nauseated.

Just what you need, nothing more
As a pharmacist I wanted to get my wife some good prenatal vitamins. There are two thoughts on multivitamins, the first being that you need to throw everything you can into it and max it out, and the second being just get the basics that have been scientifically proven to be beneficial, and my views match the latter. The reality is that most babies would be born just fine without prenatal vitamins. Yet the major thing you want in a prenatal vitamin is folic acid, which ideally should be taken at least 3 months before conception. So if you already have a well rounded diet and just want to throw in a basic prenatal vitamin this product is a great for that.
