Not sure about the circumference
This was too large for the cassette on my bike. This is maybe the fault of the cassette manufacturers for not picking a single standard. But I'm fairly certain I ordered the correct part.After sanding the tool for about an hour I got it down to a usable size.After I got the piece into my cassette it made my life 1000x easier.
