Fantastic towel holder that fits behind my bathroom door. I do not consider towels a great accessory for the bath unless one has enough discipline to fold it artfully after each use so I chose to hide them. This wormer dry them and keep them worm for you . I could not be happier to find this gem. Towels are easy to slide on and off the pivoting independently bars and it can hold several layers of towels without the risk of them being wet for the next use. I love it!

Does not get very warm. Only heats the part of the towel that is directly touching the metal bars.

We're quite happy with this. It looks nice and begins feeling warm within about 5 mins. It is very low wattage and yet, if it was much hotter, you could burn your skin if you bumped it with your bare shoulder or back while drying off. So I don't know why the much higher wattage ones are required. We put this on a timer so it can run for an hour. It would have to be on quite long to heat the towels thru several layers. But I also like to run it after wet towels are hung up to help dry them out faster.
