They worked fabulously, 2 every 8 hours for me and the flu to that was coming was gone in 3 days. First day I took it with the sachets and soaked my neck chest and back in vix vapour run. Day 2 just took these, day 3 woke up and I was better. These are my go to product for flu & cold. Only thing with this particular pack was the sleepiness was intoxicating omg I could not keep my eyes open.
