Smart Resistance Cable

Durable and Dependable
I didn't know much about the prism fitness smart cable, and tried these as an alternative to lifeline resistance tubes. They work great, I like that the bands/tubes are compatible with both lifeline and sklz handles and are of the same high quality. The tension of the bands is also on par with other 30lb bands/tubes that I have tried. The tubes are extremely durable and perform well across all exercises, they don't feel like they will snap or break easily. I found them to be a solid workout product, and plan to buy more of these in the future.

Necessity is the Mother of Invention
I’ve been using resistance cables for a while, mostly for my shoulders, with good results. I have a pair at 30 pounds resistance set with handles and a caribeener, attached to a wall...I’ve known for a while that as my knees become more rickety, something had to be done to stabilize the joint. Most folks quadriceps are much stronger than their hamstrings, mine included. That is the necessity. The Invention lie in trying out a twenty pound resistance cable looped to a bed poll and perform hamstring curls while laying face down on the bed. Voila! All that was required was more resistance, so I purchased another 30 pounder, and it works great, and I’ll continue to use it until I “graduate” to 40 pounds.

Great product
Great product BUT be very careful trying to get it into the handle; it flew off and hit me in the face suggest putting vaseline on it to get it into the small slot on the handle

Not compatible with the Gorilla Bow.
Pretty sturdy band but 2-3 inches longer than the bands I use for my Gorilla Bow. I wish it provided the length of the bands in the description.
