Hands down, the best pair of headphones I've ever had. I've had headphones that stop working after a few months or even of the earbuds malfunction due to wiring issues. I've had zeroes issues with these headphones. Love them! Great sound quality, durable, battery life is long (I've clocked it around eight hours), and great for working out. When you first try them on, you might have to figure out how to adjust the buds to your ears ( I completely overthought it and confused myself) but it's super simple after that first attempt. Highly recommend. Great value especially at the price.

Over the years I have tried so many different types of earbuds and ear phone-type gadgets, using all of the many adapters available. I'm sure most people can wear AirPods and all the other types of pods with the identical buds on the end, but one of my ear canals is flattened, and I do not get a good seal from any earbud that I have ever tried on that one, until now! This product works like a charm for me, and I don't have to worry about the air buds falling out, as it has a very comfortable around the ear clip. I just wish that the behind-the-head cord were slightly longer. It has great battery life and it's very easy to use.

I have only had the Back Bay earbuds for a couple of weeks, but so far the sound is great and the price was even better! I know there are other products out there with richer sound, including Apple's earbuds, etc.; but I wanted something that fit well and was secure at a reasonable price. I purchased these for working out, not for sitting around and listening to music, although they would be just fine for that. I would definitely recommend purchasing!

I just purchased these headphones last week after my Jaybird x4s had stoped functioning. I did not want to spend another $100 on a new pair of headphones but I still wanted that sleek bluetooth headphone look for my workouts, and I gotta say I am very pleased. One of my favorite things about these headphones is that you have different audio setting you can use when you listen to your music, so you are able to customize them to what ever music you may be listening to. While they do only have 5 options, they cover a lot of ground so even if you have a very wide musical pallet, the headphones EQ will likely have the perfect sonic conditions to make sure your music is played under the best conditions possible. For the price you are paying, you are getting a lot more than you actually deserve. The headphones are super comfortable, they stay on during workouts, they sound great with different genres of music, and most importantly they are not super bulky like other headphones around the same price range. Highly recommend!

What I like: Overall intelligent design. The buttons are well-placed and easy to use. Sound quality is better than expected. The ear-hooks are flexible to position over the ears, but fall short in other ways as described next. What I don’t like: The ear-hooks aren’t very comfortable and don’t fit well, despite being flexible. They don’t prevent the earbuds from popping out, especially when doing other activities besides running. I work out and also practice golf a lot and they just don’t stay in well for these activities. I find myself having to reposition them or put them back in quite frequently. The cable adjuster has a round rubber piece you feed the cable through on each side. It falls off all the time, and I’m lucky to find it each time it comes off.

My wife and I had been running outside and decided to get a gym membership to keep running through the winter months. Thats when we bought two pair of these. We've used them at least every other day for the last 3 months. They sound great, they are really comfortable and fit well. Really easy to connect and they have good battery life. Last week, my wife's pair started having problems connecting whenever they were tilted down. I contacted the company and they shipped them out the next day! Great product and great support!

I have owned a previous generation of the Back Bay wireless bluetooth headphones for 2 years prior to buying these. I wanted to have the ear clips to help keep the buds in place while jogging. I like the sound quality and fit of the older ear buds. These... not at all. The clips for the ears dig in to my skin. After wearing these for 30 minutes, I had marks on the back of my ears. The other major issue is the lack of sound quality. The music sounded like the band played from inside of a tin can. These earbuds did not come with alternate size ear buds either. Very disappointed and will be looking for another brand to replace these.

Ear buds fit very well and stay in the ear. No problems at all with syncing to my iPhone. I run with mine and I never have any issues with them falling out, and the battery life is great. I listen to them for well over 3-4 hours on average throughout the week and never come close to losing battery life. I routinely charge the earbuds on a weekly basis out of habit and have never experienced a loss in battery life prior to charging them. Also, the customer service is outstanding. I loved my wireless ear buds so much that I bought a pair for my son. He likes to listen to music when shooting hoops and when exercising. He accidentally broke his when he fell causing the ear bud piece to break off. This was not covered under warranty, but when I explained the situation to Jake with Back Bay Audio he said he couldn't replace the set but he did give a me discount code so my son could get another set. He didn't have to do that. All around great experience with Back Bay Audio and these ear buds. It's nice to see this type of quality in a product and this type of customer service from a company. Kudos!
