I’m 5’6 295. It fit pretty snug but I’m able to move around in it well and definitely raises your body temperatures. Surprisingly, it works well with my overhanging belly fat. We’ll see how this goes for the first month.

I’m satisfied with this product. It is very useful for those who are trying to loose their fats and belly. It makes to sweat so bad that you won’t stop loving it. The material used is also so soft and nice.

Works tremendously well. Hand wash, hang dry. Material reminds me of my old wetsuit only it isn't shiny. Doesn't show under clothes and I love it. I wasn't sure about the sizing from the chart. I am 6'2 in tall 175lbs 30 inch waist. It said I'd need an XS. I wear Large in most shirts, but indeed XS fits snug as it should. They thought it may be a little short, but it is not. It comes down to my waist with a little length to spare, actually! A large would have been a balloon had I chosen it. Go by the chart it's general, but close to accurate.

I purchased this item May 26, 2016 and I can honestly say it lasted an entire year and is still in excellent condition (minus the fact that the zipper finally broke off a whole year later). I literally wore this almost everyday for at least two - 8 hours until the zipper finally went off track. I need at least a size or two smaller because I've lost weight wearing this. I wear a size 4XL and ordered the 6XL because several reviews suggested it being two sizes smaller than the actual size. The 6XL worked great but I could have possibly used a 5XL or a 4XL (if there's really a difference between the 4 & 5XLs).Pros: Really works as advertised and does pull your stomach and chest in significantly. It completely smooths out your stomach and makes you look really nice in your T-shirts, Button downs, and workout apparel. I love it!!!!Cons: Not sure if it was just the one I ordered or not but after about a few months it really started itching really bad. Since day one I wore a t-shirt or tank top underneath it because I was worried about the material touching my skin and causing irritation and itching. However, I must also admit I have very very sensitive skin as well and wearing a T-Shirt or Tank Top underneath it definitely helped with the itching.

Pros: product was delivered on time. The material quality of the product was good as well.Cons: based on recommendations from the fit guide and other reviews, I opted for a large. I am 6 ft 2. 230pounds. Firstly, the large is a bit big. Secondly, The vest stretches after 2 wears. So a large isn't as snug as first expected.Additionally, the zipper came off after wash. I soaked in a bucket and while drying the zipper was off. Not sure if this is a product defect in my vest or a larger issue.I have reached out to the manufacturer but yet to hear back.Suggestions: by a size smaller than the suggested. Be wary of faulty zippers.UPDATE: The customer service agent contacted me and was kind enough to send a Medium sized vest. The response was prompt and much appreciated. I will test the new vest and updated size fit and zipper issues as soon as i get the new one.UPDATE 2: This is an update based on the new vest that was sent to me. The rep. was very friendly and sent me a new medium-sized vest in response to my review.The current vest is def a better fit. The zipper seems similar but has not fallen off like the previous one.PROS:(1) vest compression is as described.(2) The fit is better buying two sizes smaller as there it stretches over time.CONS:(1) if you are a taller person the length will be an issue. It's not bad, just rides up when tucked in.

I am 6'0 223lbs. I work out regularly so I was trying this out just to see if I will see a noticeable difference. For me, I went with a size medium because I wanted this to be tight. Honestly, I am wondering if I should have gotten a small as it is snug but not "tight" in my opinion. The material seems quality, and I have not had any problems (yet) however I am still waiting on this epic sweat session everyone has been talking about. Maybe because I am already fit, and I've only had this thing a week but I have not seen any noticeable difference in my sweat levels. Granted, I've only done weights and minor cardio but I was expecting a lightly more drastic result. As I say, it's only been a week so I will update this in about 2 weeks. I does give a good support feel though so I am not disappointed per se'. It's just not what I was expecting so far.

I'm a big fan of tools to increase the effectiveness/difficulty of my workouts. This thing is pretty crazy during cardio, you'll sweat like a maniac. (Add some vasoburn if you really want to go all out. Solid construction, fits great. I'm 6 foot, 205ish and I got a medium. (I wanted it to be nice and snug.) imIf you're lookin to annihilate some water, this vest is for you.

So far so good. Will see if it gives results by extra sweating while exercising.
