This has helped me better than prescription medication. It helps me deal with a high stress job and control my urge to snap at people, or break down crying, and helps me let go of the day to be able to sleep at night. I have used more expensive brands and this one works just as well, the one drawback to this is the odor. Be prepared for the fart smell every time you open the bottle. But once you get past that it does work. Luckily it has no taste and you don't burp anything from it. I take 1 daily but if I know I have a more stressful situation coming up like holidays at work, family gatherings, social situations, etc I will take 2 daily starting 2-3 days ahead until the event has passed and it works really well. I was able to go off 2 prescription meds that were hard on my organs and this has no side effects
