Too many issues.
Looks great in the videos. I have had this cover installed now for about 8 months.I do not like the locking brackets at the end. They are too thin and bend easily, even with the new design they sent me. I had a couple of boards in the bed with the tailgate up. The board slid over and bent the brackets up like they were made of tin foil. There are two felt strips glued to the underside I suppose for when rolling up it keeps it from rattling. One of them has come loose and is hanging. It just got cold out here on the east coast. Went out to take the trash cans out to the end of my very long driveway. The mechanism was frozen. I could not open the cover. Used a hammer to break it free.Design idea is good. Implementation is not

Poor quality
Have had this for almost 3 years I maybe had to roll it up 3 or 4 times a month at the most. Have had nothing but problems. Do not buy this it is poorly designed and manufactured

Started OK. Then their "customer service" got involved.
8/2014:2014 Ram. All the parts were there, with extras in fact. Installed very easily, sits nice and flush, and has a very clean look. Had it on 4 days and have had 2 compliments. Only problem was having to deal with an obvious manufacturing error. The heads of some bolts need to be slid into the extrusion, but since they capped / blocked both ends of the extrusion, I had to grind off some material in the middle of the cover, bottom side. will never be seen unless you're upside down inside the bed, with a flashlight. This was no big deal, took 2 minutes, just putting it here to help in case someone else comes across it. That's the only reason for the 4-star.6/2017 Update:Note this is product is an old model, the newer one listed on the manufacturer website has different locking arms that look a lot sturdier. The felt on the underside is put on with spray adhesive which failed a little after the 1-year warranty. I would have glued it back on had it not been completely impregnated with sawdust from my truck bed. Since they are no longer producing this model, I asked the plant if the felt for the NEW model would work.I was given a very short, curt answer.... It's there to keep the cover working, all parts for your model have been discontinued, and the adhesive used shouldn't fail. It's 2-3 years old. I should't have to pry info out of their "customer service" about parts needed (that I'm willing to pay for) to fix their product, in-warranty or not. End result I would not recommend buying any of their products.

Perfect product until the vinyl came apart
I wish I had purchased this product from Amazon and not a retailer in Florida. My purchase and installation date was December 2014 and did not have any problems with the installation. I loved this product from the first date it went into service and this review would have been 5 Stars if it hadn't started falling apart.Around January 2016 the felt under liner started falling peeling off the aluminum. My call to the manufacture was not a pleasant experience, I eventually found someone who told me not to pull it off but glue it with an expensive 3M glue I ordered from Amazon. The glue operation worked for a while and then it began falling off once more. Around January 2017 this year the vinyl covering started peeling away from the aluminum around the edges. I repaired the first large delamination near the truck cab with Ruber Flex which worked great, and then the whole rear portion near the tail gate developed a fatal flaw. The attached photos will tell this story. I very much liked the design and function of this product (in its new condition). I tried in vain to get the retailer and manufacuture of Bak Industries to back up the material failure.
