I received the box of 6 repellents just now. 2 out of six does not work, lights/sensors on the sides don’t lite up at all. Tried to rerurn or exchange. It says “the item is not eligible for return”. What do I do?

I bought a house in June of 2017. It was a rental before I bought it and the people had left bags of fast food and styrofoam cups with stuff sitting around. The roaches weren’t bad at first glance but inside the closet where the hot water tank is and the AC unit they were just crawling. I sprayed. Twice. Put some stuff out and they left or died for the most part. Fast forward a year and we have ants. And the occasional roach. OH and attic rats. I got this for our little problem hoping that it doesn’t turn into a worse problems. We’ve been having to keep stuff that’s not sealable in the fridge. It has been getting old. I’ve had these plugged in for two weeks now and so far NO ants and NO roaches. I’ve only sporadically heard the attic rats. As soon as I can get some outlets wired up there these are getting plugged up there too. I also put one in my storage building so fingers crossed the rats stay out.

received my package and each plug in was lightweight and easy to understand. I had been battling Stink Bugs mainly in my bedrooms and spiders in my home. I couldn't figure out how to get rid of the stink bugs as they were ending up in my bed and landing on me in the middle of night. I finally found the pest repellent online. When they arrived I plugged one in my bedroom and another in a general area upstairs and then 2 more in general areas downstairs. Since plugging them in, I have not seen a stink bug, spider, or any other bug!A week later, my children and pets are not effected and the ants have decreased significantly. We also had a wasp problem and I am seeing less of those as well. I love the nightlight feature as well. I am so happy and relieved that my bug problem is gone. I highly recommend this product for anyone who is battling a bug problem. Great value for a great product.

Having tried traps etc. I had blocked all possible holes we still had a mouse using our kitchen as his play room. After speaking to a neighbour who said they had a plug in unit that works I looked on line and chose this model. Not the cheapest but looked good and good reviews, although a lot were to do with spiders. I have resisted doing a review straight away as I wanted to be sure it really worked. Well YES it does, I have not even heard the mice let alone see them or any evidence. It is easy to use with only plug in, blue light and what type of noise. I went for whitdown the alternating noise. Some reviews say you can hear the unit click, mine is totally silent.Great product, great service, highly recommend.Excellent product and service.Unit seems to be well made and robust. mouse seem to have reduced activity but less than a weeks use so far. Excellent customer service.

A great little device that lives up to and above its expectations. Not only did it cause Micky to leave the house but there is also a noticeable absence of flying insects. Over the last few weeks the weather in here has been almost summer time temperatures, shorts and tee shirt weather. Of course all the doors and windows are open which in the past has resulted in lots of flying insects wanting to try my cooking. Its been over ten days since I plugged in the and no sign at all of the mouse who I used to see on a regular basis. We used to see him that often we even gave him a name, although I would agree that Micky is far from original. The running cost of the pest repeller is next to nothing and it will have no noticeable difference on the electric bill even left on 24 hours a day. So all in all a great little device which I have no hesitation in recommending.

I like the night light feature as I have it in my upstairs hallway. I have noticed I do not have any water bugs in the bathroom anymore and I have not seen a spider. I have sprickets in the basement and I have noticed less movement of them as well.There is nothing that I dislike on this unit. I cannot account for mice as I do not have any however I do believe this unit works for bugs and spiders in the home! I received two units and brought one to my vacation home. Hopefully by the end of the summer when I go up again I will notice less bugs there as well as no mice droppings. Earlier this summer we had noticed a few mice dropping so I am hoping that the unit their works just as good as this one here8n NJ.There is nothing that I dislike on this unit.

I bought this because my home was infested with spider. I have tried almost everything on the market without effect. At first I thought it wasn't working, there were spider on the wall next to the plug. But since then the spider have disappeared completely. I purchased this after a horrible spider season this year whereby I found many super large ones near my bedroom door.After plugging this into a plug socket right by the door I haven't found any since, but as spider season is practically over for this year the real test will be at the start of August next year!.If I remember rightly the product advises not to place near a carpet or any other material which may absorb sound waves.Very happy with purchase.Would definitely recommend to buy.
